The Refit Alliance is an open collaboration of reputable companies dedicated to offering a modern & fresh approach for all your refit solutions, TPA & seasonal cruising support. It is a transparent & refit service and TPA & seasonal cruising support clients may bring in their preferred contractors too if they wish. The Refit Alliance offers a single point of contact from basic project support right through to full-time refit project manageme the yacht may choose the level of our involvement according to its requirements. Direct quotations are made to the yacht from each individual company which clearly shows no unnecessary mark ups for a complete open book policy and undisguised cost saving.

ENVIRONMENTAL CARE
Located in STP Assistance with manoeuvring. Our environmental policy serves to prevent environmental pollution, ensuring correct separation and recycling of all residues and with H&S for all. With access to designated areas, whether recycling or disposing of any type of residue. We can assist crew members in their needs and Bilge pumping and firefighting service are availble. Palma Refit takes pride in its environmental practices and every effort is made to comply with global standards at every level, Certificates can be provided,
TPA & CUSTOMS PROCEDURES
TPA – Temporary Yacht Importation for tax exempt can assist with the most efficient way in carrying out repairs from a customs point of view. Processes are certified by local and European customs authorities. For non-EU vessels, inward processing can achieve major savings on VAT and custom tax on imported goods. Saving on VAT and import tax depending on the vailability depends on the vessel’s flag and the goods imported.
GENERAL STORAGE
We have secure storage for personal and yacht-related articles at our facilty including crew supplies and goods. We can also arrange container storage if required.
STP SECURITY
STP operates a 24 hour/365 days security on the main gate to control access to and from the premises. Recorded CCTV and an infrared perimeter control helps us to permanently monitor the yard. We are fully compliant with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) code. We have on-site firefighting and emergency equipment and a well-trained team in evacuation and emergency situations.
